Traditional warping process involves a considerable loss of time and higher investments in raw materials.  It is evident that the traditional production equipment is not appropriate for sampling purpose or small quantity warps.  However, as the textile market today becomes more competitive, the development of modern textile products requires a more effective and innovative approach to stay ahead of the market.  CCI has developed a series of innovative solutions that will help you complete the warping jobs in a very short time while minimizing the use of materials, labor and space requirement.

A series of single-end warping machines, the Mini Lutan series, has been completed to handle the production of short-run warp beam, coming with the choice of Mini Lutan 500, Mini Lutan 900, and Mini Lutan 1700.  The Mini Lutan series is specifically developed to offer different options to meet the diverse needs of warping width, not only can perfectly work with sampling loom, but also with full width production loom.  

The Mini Lutan 500 and Mini Lutan 900 can make warp in width of 500 mm and 900 mm respectively for swatch sample and wider fabric for making final product sample, while the Mini Lutan 1700 can produce warp beam in 1700 mm width which can be used directly on production loom and finishing equipment for full width sample and small batch order.  Besides, its single-end warping design concept just requires one bobbin for each colour to do the job and eliminates the hassle of preparing a great number of yarn bobbins.  The machines operate with integrated stationary creel that is compact and easy to use.  

Another important feature is CCI's unique Ring warping design, giving the most efficient warping method and best quality of warp sheet with even tension.  The Ring rotates and winds the warp yarn in its required position directly on the drum, and the length of the warp can be easily determined after specified rounds.  Moreover, the Automatic Colour Changing Device gives multi-colour warp arrangement.  To minimize space occupancy, the Beaming Device is integrated with the machine.

Ring Warping Design
The Ring rotates and winds the warp yarn in its required position directly on the drum.  Once the warp is wound on the drum, its position and tension are fixed.  This eliminates the friction between yarn and machine parts while the ring traversing on the drum to deliver the best quality of warp sheet.  The length of the warp can be easily determined after specified rounds, especially ideal for producing short-run warp beam.



Single-end Warping Method
The single-end warping design concept just requires one bobbin for each colour to do the job, removing the hassle of preparing a large group of yarn bobbins and creel due to the conventional machine’s unchangeable operating conditions.



Leasing Capability
The machine offers two Leasings for subsequent operations of knotting and drawing.  All leasing rods are installed on a stand which moves laterally.  This stand is controlled by servo-motor and is synchronized with the movement of the Ring.  This will ensure the leasing hooks to carry out leasing at the correct positions.



Computer Operation
The controller utilizes the latest Windows operating system, touch screen for easy operation and high system stability.  Benefited by this technology, even non-technical person can quickly learn to operate the machine and you can still expect the same quality as on production line.

 

Automatic Colour Changing Device
CCI's unique Colour Changing Device is designed to enable high-efficient multi-colour warp arrangement.

 

Integrated Beaming Device

To minimize space occupancy, the Beaming Device is integrated with the machine.  

 

Integrated Stationary Creel
The Integrated Stationary Creel combines accumulators with tensioners, featuring more compact & sleek appearance and space saving.  It further eliminates the annoying hassle of having to adjust the position of accumulators and tensioners respectively.  In addition, the integrated creel is capable of increasing efficiency of yarn feeding and speed control during warping.
