Stationary Creel requires only one bobbin for each colour, which can achieve multiple colour warping with any possible warp arrangement. Lutan will change colour automatically during warping according to the design which is suitable for multi-colour beams.
Rotatory Creel rotates in synchronization with the Ring, allows mutli-ends warping simultaneously with higher efficiency. It is suitable for single type of warp or beams of simple warp arrangement.
Colour Changing Device in Modular Design (optional)
The optional Colour Changing Device will give multi-colour warp arrangement. Thanks to the modular design, it lets users dramatically simplify the task of maintenance, repair, setting, and installation. The modularization gives you a reliable warping solution that can be easily maintained at the factory floor level, minimizing operational downtime and cost.
