Designed with Bobbin to Bobbin Sizing (Single-end Sizing) concept, Taroko, a multi-spindle sizing machine, is capable of giving intelligent control throughout the whole sizing process.  The machine comes with the unique Modular Design which can further increase the flexibility in use.  There are 4 spindles per module adding up to maximum 16 spindles while the option of 2 spindles is also available.  Taroko is especially suitable for small batch production, and still can operate at high speed without compromise in terms of efficiency.

For effective yarn drying, each spindle is equipped with a hot air blower so the heating temperature in Drying Chamber can be kept at a uniform temperature.  Optional Infra-red Heating Elements are available for increasing drying efficiency and to work in combination with the hot air if it is necessary.  To ensure stable quality, the Drying Chamber is specially designed to make it operate in uniform low tension without damaging the yarn properties during sizing process.  Besides, the machine’s speed and temperature can be set and monitored individually for each spindle through a colour touch-screen panel to ensure precise control in each unit.  The Central Station allows operator to monitor not only the production status of each spindle, but can also carry out group settings, analyzing and so on.
